Statement of the Matter - --
On October 21, 1975 the City Council, by Resolution No. 3763,
approved an extension-of the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract
73-29. The aDplicant has requested that th,e subject Tentative
Map be extended for a period of one year, to November 6, 1977.
The City Engineer advises that the Planning, Engineering, Fire, Building, Parks & Recreation Departments, CMWD, SDCFCD, and LC7 have been contacted to determine if they have any objections tc
the extension of the Tentative Map. Having received no object] it is recommended that the City Council approve the extension c the Tentative Map subject to the execution and/or fulfillment c all the conditions of Resolution No. 3538 and 3763.

It is requested that the above tentative map approved
11/6/74 be extended.
the Municipal Code, the City Council may ai-ant another
12 month extension.
Our problem has been in securing offsite sewer, water and
storm drain easements. The offsite pump station required is the most important hold up to date.
to record this fall, but Unit No.2 is contingent on the
sewer pump station.
Please call if there are any problems.
