NO PARKING ZONE - CARLSBAD BLVD. NORTH OF CANNON ROAD
Statement of the Matter
At its October 5, 1976 meeting the Traffic Safety
Commission recommended that a NO PARKING zone be
established on the east side of Carlsbad Boulevard from Cannon Road northerly for a distance to provide adequate sight distance (which was determined by the Engineering Department to be from Cannon Road northerly for a distance of 80 feet).

Adopt Resolution No./Jd30 establishin'g a NO PARKING zoJle on the section of Carlsbad Boulevard.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD DESIGNATING A PARKING RESTRICTION ON
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD NORTH OF CANNON ROAD .
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
That a NO PARKING zone be established on the east
side of Carlsbad Boulevard from Cannon Road northerly for
a distance of 80 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of November ,
1976 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
