Engineering Staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 73-49, Unit No. 2 (C.C.& F. Palomar Airport Business Park) for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative map by Resolution No, 3272, and tentative map extension by Resolution No. 3761 approved by City Council on November 20, 1973, November 19, 1974 and October 21, 1975 respectively. At agenda deadline, not all the public improvement design problem have been resolved, 1 have bonds and fees and executed documents been received. 1 applicant has requested this item be placed on this agenda i how, since the tentative map approval will expire on Novemb< EXHIBITS : 1.
