JUNIOR STATLMAN SUMMER SCHOOL - Chuck Grafft
Statement of the Matter
Mr. Chuck Grafft is chairman of the Mayor's Youth Committee. City
Councils' throughout the State appoint individuals to attend the
Junior Statesman Summer School. Mr. Grafft was appointed by the
Carlsbad City Council to attend this summer school which was held
at U.C. Davis in July, 1976.
Staff has asked Mr. Grafft to give a short slide Ares=ntation and
,talk to the Council regarding his attendance at the Junior Statesman
Summer School.
