GREENWOOD PROPERTY REPORT
Statement of the Matter
At the Council meeting on September 21,. 1976, the staff was
requested to research the Greenwood property with relation to
value, cost of Parks and Recreation Department relocation, and
possible usage of the property if retained.
Exhibit
Report to City Manager from Assistant City Manager dated October 27,
1976.
Recommendation
It was moved that the report be filed and that
a public facilities needs assessment be prepared.
