QUITCLAIM - 12 ft. WIDE SEWER EASEMENT ON LOT 3 OF
CARLSBAD TRACT 74-5A, Map No. 8371 --
Statement of the Matter
The developer, Carlsbad DeveloDment Corporation, has requested that a 12 ft. wide sewer easement, lying on Lot 3 of Carlsbad
Tract 74-5A, Map No. S371 recorded on August 27, 1976, be quitclaimed. The sewer easement is not in use, since the sewer main originally designed and located in said easement
was relocated.
A new sewer easement has been dedicated in the pad area of Lot 3
where the side slopes were moved, by plan revision, northerly of
existinq easement.
