Statement af the Matter
The subject tract map was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on November 22, 1976 and was inadvertently noticed for City Counci 1 hearing
for December 7, 1976. Unfortunately, this is not sufficient time for staff to properly prepare the necessary documents.
Therefore, Staff recommends that this item be continued to the December 21, 1976
City Council meeting.
lhe applicant has been informed of this recommendation by staff.

12-7-76 By motion of the Council the public hearing was continued to the regular meeting of December 21, 1976.
