CANNON ROAD GRADE CROSSING - EASEMENT ACROSS AT&SF RIGHT OF WAY
Statement of the Matter
On April 18, 1972 the City Council approved Resolution No. 2002
which authorized the Mayor to execute an agreement with AT&SF Railroad to install grade crossing protection at Cannon Road.
The grade crossing construction was completed in June of 1973. The Santa Fe Railroad is desirous of granting the City a
permanent easement across their right of way. Santa Fe has
prepared the easement document and is requesting that the
City Council adopt a resolution of acceptance.

the Santa Fe Right of Way at Cannon Road.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Adopt Resolution No. & L 0 accepting an easement across the
Santa Fe Right of Way at Cannon Road.
2. Authorize the Finance Director to issue a warrant in the amount of $150.00 in consideration of said easement.

12-21-76 Resolution #4060 was adopted, accepting an easement across the Santa Fe Right of !Jay at Cannon Road, and the Finance
Director was authorized to issue a warrant in the amount
of $150.00.
