The City Council accepted the proposal of the firm McDonald and-Grefc: to prepare an Economic Impact Report on the La Costa Master Plan on December 21, q19.76. At that time the Council authorized preparation
of a contract to perform the proposed study.
The contract has been prepa.red and is attached for Council approval.
