Statement of the Matter
Engineering Staff has completed checking the Final-Map of
Carlsbad Tract 76-3 (La Costa Vale) Unit No. 4 for con-
formance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The Final Map
conforms substantially with the conditions of the Tentative
Map approved by City Council on June 15, 1976, Resolution
No. 3925.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a motion approving the Final Map of Carlsbad Tract 76-3
(La Costa Vale) Unit No. 4.
