Statement of the. Matter .- "
At the January 4, 1977 City Council meeting, Resolution No. 4073 was adopted, establishing an Underground Utility,Advisory Committe
Council took no action relative to the appointment of one member
from the community as provided for in Resolution No. 4073, but.
requested that the matter be brought back for appointment by
the Mayor with the consent and approval.of the City Council.
