CALAVERA HILLS
Statement of the
The City Council at your adjourned meeting of February 22, 1977
voted to deny the subject project. In accord with established
practice, your attorney has prepared a document to effect that
action. The findings contained in the attached resolution reflect
an attempt to approximate the views of a majority of the
Council based on your discussion at the February 22nd meeting.
The Council should review the findings and make any changes which
they feel are indicated prior to the adoption of the resolution.

Recommendation
If the Council wishes to deny PUD-4 and CT 76-12, your action
is to adopt Resolution No. <^~J-tf &*- I/ O i&
Council Action:
3-1-77 It was agreed that Council Action to adopt Resolution No. 5008,
denying the request for CT 76-12 and PUD-4, be continued, as
requested by the applicant.
3-15-77 It was agreed that 'the request of the applicant to continue this_matter
until such time as the a resolution of the sewer capacity^^fftifBTeffi has
teen reached, and the matter was tabled with the understanding that
at such time as the problem of sewer capacity has been resolved, the
matter would be reset for public hearing.
