It has been the hope of tI.e Carlsbad Senior Citizens'
Association that we could move into the new Community
Center building on the old St. Patrick's Church property
by '::he and of March df this year.
However, it now appears that such a move is utill some
time in the future and we, accordingly, will have to
roma:,n a; our present location. The rent for thesa
quartors Is $333.12 per month and the outlook is that
we shall be at this location until the end of June.
It is with reluctance that we ask the City of Carlsbad
to eoritlnuq to pay the rent on our present location
urttil we 0,e able to move into the Community Center.
We hope you will give this your earnest consideration
and grant our request.
Thanking you, we are
Very truly yours,
