At the present time renovation of the former Rectory is, not completed. Xb, it; not expected to be finished before the end of the fiscal year. Arrangements have been made wi-th Southwestern Development Company to continue to occupy the office at 2945 Harding on a month to month basis. However, it now appears that such a move is utill some time in the future and we, accordingly, will have to roma:,n a; our present location. The rent for thesa quartors Is $333.12 per month and the outlook is that we shall be at this location until the end of June. It is with reluctance that we ask the City of Carlsbad to eoritlnuq to pay the rent on our present location urttil we 0,e able to move into the Community Center.
