At its March 1, 1977 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recommended that NO PARKING be established on the west side of Paseo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road southerly for
a distance of 750 feet (the most southe.rly driveway of
Hadley's) because of the serious sight distance problems caused by parked vehicles (especially trucks) and the high
number of vehicles going in and out of businesses along that
side of the street.

Adopt Resolution N0.&20 establishing a NO PARKING zone on. the above section of Paseo del Norte.
Council Action
4-5-77 Resolution No. 5020, establishing a No Parking zone on the west side of' Paseo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road southerly for a distance of 750 feet,was adopted.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD DESIGNATING A PARKING RESTRICTION ON
PASEO DEL NORTE SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That a NO PARKING zone be established'on the west side of
PaSeo del Norte from Palomar Airport Road southerly for a
distance of 750 feet.
P-ASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of April , 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:
NOES: None.
ABSENT : N 0 ne.
