On April 5, 1977•, Council agreed to fund ,the office rental space for.
the Carlsbad Senior Citizens Assoc-iation at 2945 Harding, Street for
the remaining months of the 1976-77 fiscal year. The amount of the
rent is $1,333.00, and funds are available in the contingency fund,
Account 1-139-2-790.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET
FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEWS_ CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coticil of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the budget for the Senior Citizens Center is
amended to have funds available in Account 1-134=2850 in the
amount of ;1,333.00 for the rental of office sp-acE at 2945
Harding Street.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer# 38
in a form on file in said department and incorporated by refer-
ence_,herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting cif the
City Council on the 19th . day of April.,, 1977; by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen. Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
Councilwoman Casler
