YIELD CONTROL ON KELLY DRIVE AT PARK DRIVE:
Statement of’the Matter
Due to the increase and distribution of traffic at the above T-intersection, the Traffic Safety Commission at its April 5, 1977 meeting recommended that YIELD control be established
on the north leg of the intersection, thereby requiring
southbound traffic on Kelly Drive to yield to all traffic - on Park Drive. The existing YIELD sign on the east leg of the interSection, which was never officially established by
resolution or ordinance, must be removed when the YIELD sign
on Kelly Drive is installed.

44 A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL
ON KELLY DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH PARK DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That yield control be established on Kelly Drive at its
intersection with Park Drive, thereby requiring southbound traffic
on Kelly Drive to yield to all traffic on Park Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3ra day of Ma.y f 1977
by the following vote, to wit: ..
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
