ACCEPTANCE OF RESERVED STREETS REQUIRED BY CARLSBAD TRAC'
UNIT NO. 1 (CARRILLO ESTATES)
Statement of the Matter
Portions of Lots 481 and 482, designated "portions of Lots 481
and 482 reserved for future street," and portions of Lots 471 and 472, designated "portions of Lots 471 and 472 reserved for future street," La Costa Meadows, Unit No. 3, Map No. 7076 recorded October 6, 1971, were offered for dedication but were rejected and never accepted by the City.
Acceptance of these reserved future streets is now in order. This will complete the street design requirement for Carlsbad
Tract 73-29, Unit No. 1 (Carrillo Estates).

RESOLUTION NO. 5076
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PURPOSES CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED EASEMENTS
REQUIRED BY CARLSBAD TRACT 73-29, UNIT NO. 1
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR 2UBLIC STPEET
(CARRILLO ESTATES) .
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does here
resolve as follows:
1. The following described real property located
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
particularly ~escribed as porcicns of ~ots 4ii, 472, 481,
designated "portions of Lots 471, 472, 481, an2 482, reser
future street" accordinq to Map thereof No. 7076, recorded
October 2, 1971, which was previously rejected by the Boar
Supervisors of the County of San Diego for public street F
is now hereby accep,ed €or public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall c
certified copy of this Resolution to be reccrded in the Of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a COF
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of Sc
State of California.
