Statement of the Matter
1. Engineering Staff has • completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract No. 75-2 for conformance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the
City of Carlsbad. The final map conforms substantially
with the conditions of the tentative map approved by City
Council on November 18, 1975.
2. Previously rejected Lot "A" of El Camino Mesa, Unit No. 6,
and "a portion of" Lot 19 of CT 75-2, Unit No. 1, Carlsbad
Meadows , .should not be accepted for public street purposes.
3. Because of the recently enacted sewer moratorium, an appropriate
note will be placed on each sheet of the Final Map to indicate
that, while sewer service is currently available for all lots
within this subdivision, the City Council has enacted Ordinance
No. 7047 imposing a moratorium on the issuance of building
permits subject to certain exceptions. These lots are currently
excepted from this ordinance. This exception could change
should building permits not be obtained forthwith within 3
months, or should "the building permits lapse.

public street purposes certain previously rejected lots.

RESOLUTION NO. 5075
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOTS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly
described as Lot "A" of El Camino Mesa, Unit No. 6, Map No. 6988
recorded July 15, 1971, and "a portion of" Lot 19 of "CT 75-2,
Unit 1, Carlsbad Meadows", Map No. 8358 recorded August 11, 1976,
which were previously rejected by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad for public street purposes, are now hereby accepted for
public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy hereof
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cit?
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 17th day of
May , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
