STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
REQUEST :
EIR 115(A) is a supplement to the earlier certified EIR 115 . It encompasses the property within SP-160 which is generally
situated between Marron Road and Elm Avenue on either side of the Monroe extension.
The Planning Commission certified EIR 115(A) and added the
minutes of their meeting which contain comments received from
the public and the commissioners'.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Coun'cil certify EIR 115(A) as meeting all requirements of the Cities Environmental Protection
Ordinance of 1972.
