Statement of the Matter
Engineering Staff has completed checking the Final Map of
Carlsbad Tract 77-3 (Tara La Costa), PUD 9, for conformance
with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local
ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The Final Map conforms
substantially with the conditions of the Tentative Map
approved by City Council on May 3, 1977.

RECOMMENDATION:
That City Council adopt a motion approving the Final, Map of
Carlsbad Tract 77-3 (Tara La Costa) PUD 9 and, due to LCWD
declaration of sewer moratorium, direct the City Engineer to
add an appropriate note on the Final Map to state that., "This
x map has been approved upon the express condition that building
• permits shall not be issued for any development within this
Final Map until the City Manager determines that sewer service
is available for such development."

was instructed to add an appropriate note on the final map to state:

final map until the City Manager determines that sewer service is
available.
