SECOND YEAR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT
Statement of the Matter
The construction of sidewalks under Contract No. 1040 has been satisfactoriiy
completed.
The final contract amount of $14,205.02 exceeds the original contract price
of $12,458.38 by $1,746.64 due to an error in the Engineer's estimate and a
change order required by field conditions.
The source of funds for payment of this contract is as follows:
HCD Grant $13,760.00
Concrete Repair Program (Account #01-145-3038) 5.02

Recommendation

was the contractor, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland
was the surety, was completed.
