Statement of the Matter
The City of Carlsbad has received a donation of $300.00 from the Woman's Club of Carlsbad which they have specified was to be used for equipment for the paramedic unit.

Recommendation - Accept the gift by minute motion and direct staff to prepare
letter of appreciation on behalf of the City.
