Statement of the Matter
The developer has requested acceptance of the secured public improvements included with CT 73-49 Unit No. 1. City staff has determined that the public improvements are acceptable, as-built drawings are on file in the Engineerin6 Department, and final accounting is complete.
Minor slope failures have occurred during the recent rains on slopes on private nroperty within this subdivision. separate bond to cover the repair of the failed slopes. The developer has posted a

Recommendation:
If Council concurs, accept the improvements as completed and direct the Uti 1 i ties/Maintenance Director to commence their mai ntenance and the Ci ty Clerk to release the bonds for public street improvements. Traffic signal agreement to remain in effect.

Dear Fred:
The Palomar Airport Business Park is requesting final acceptance of all
streets and improvements in our Phase I. We have completed all city
requested repairs and have delivered final as built drawings to the city.
Upon final acceptance, we request the release of our subdivision bonds
and monumentation bonds and notification of our bond carrier, the Aetna
Assurance Company.
