Subject: CHASE LITTLE LEAGUE FIELD LIGHTING - CONTRACT NO. 1042
Statement of the Matter ~.-
The installation of lights under Contract No. 1042 has been sat- isfactorily completed.
The final contract amount of $25,660 is unchanged from the original bid price. Ten percent of the contract amount is being withheld un- til 35 days after the Notice of Completion is recorded.

Recommendation
If City Council concurs, accept the work and direct the City Clerk

SUBJECT: F-INAL INSPECTION and FINAL ACCEPTANCE
Dear Mr. Spano,
This writer visited the aSove.named project on April 27, 1978,
Thrusday between the hours of 7:OO and 9:00 PM.
Electric Co., representative was also present.

Building ground as required by your inspector.
Security padlock hasp provisions on the lighting
control panel.
Electric meter installed and the systern energized and
operating as specified.
With one very minor exception (one luminaire), the lighting
pattern is acceptable as installed.
Since both ball fields were being used at the time of the final
inspection, it was agreed not to disturb the games in progress to re-
adjust the one luminaire (outfield field #2).
Contractor’s guarantee runs for one year from date of acceptance including
lamp burn-outs.
