Statertent of the Matter -----
At their May 1, 1978 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recommended that "STOP" control be established on Falcon Drive for both eastbound and westbound
traffic at its intersection with Donna Drive. primarily to the increased traffic on Donna Drive from the recent extension of Elm Avenue.
This recommendation was due

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH DONNA DRIVE CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING "STOP" CONTROL ON FALCON DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
That "STOP" control be established on Falcon Drive at its intersection
with Donna Drive thereby requiring eastbound and westbound traffic on Falcon
Drive to stop for all traffic on Donna Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 1 6t h day of
following vote, to wit:
