New agreements and bonds have been submitted, identifying the Highland Co. as the developer, and the Highland Co. has requested that the city release Larwin-San Diego from the original agree- ments and bonds. Council approval is necessary to permit substitution of the new agreements and bonds for the original agreements and bonds. The Final Map of CT 72-21 (Tanglewood) Unit No. 1 was approved by the Council on May 1, 1973. The City Engineer, pursuant to Section 20.16.090 of the subdivision ordinance, authorized the release of 50% of the original bond on September 3, 1976. At present, approximately 90% of the public improvements are completed. Exhibits 1. Letter requesting substitution of agreements and bonds. 2. Vicinity Map 3. Agreements and Bonds Recommendation If City Council concurs, they should adopt a motion accepting the new agreements and bonds and authorizing the City Clerk to release the existing agreements and bonds. Council action: 7-5-78 Council accepted the new agreements and bonds and authorized the City Clerk to-"felease the existing agreements and bonds.
