Statement of the Matter
Planning Commissioner JO WOODWARD has resigned from a term
of office which expires in April, 1979. A resolution for
naming a replacement to the vacancy is forwarded for City
Council consideration.

RESOLUTION NO. 5479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL’OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Planning Commissioner JO WOODWARD resigned from a
term of office which expires in April, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission in that
position vacated: MARY MARC US for a term to
expire in April, 1979.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
1st day of Auqus t , 1978.
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Lewis, and Anear
NOES : None
ABSENT: councilwoman Casler
