Statement of the Matter
The City Council, at their meeting of July 5, 1978, took action to establish a
"NO PARKING" zone on the north and south curbs of Tierra del Oro from Carlsbad
Boulevard westerly for a distance of approximately 136 feet. This action can
be accomplished by adoption of the accompanying resolution.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA , DES1 GNATING A PARKING RESTRICTION ON TIERRA DEL OR0 WEST OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
That a "NO PARKING ANYTIME" zone be established on the north and south

sides of Tierra Del Oro from Carlsbad'Boulevard westerly for a distance of
approximately 136 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 18th day of July Y
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skatnicki; Lewis, Anear and Councilwoman NOES : None
ABSENT: None
