Statement of the Matter

its August 7, 1975 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recommended at a "no parking" zone be established along the south side of Paseo 1 Norte between Camino del Parque and Caminito Madrigal since only one-half the above section of Paseo del Norte has been improved and the centerline is only 16 feet from the south curb face.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING
A PARKING RESTRICTION ON PASEO DEL NORTE BETWEEN CAMINO DEL PARQUE AND CAMINITO MADRIGAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
California, as follows:
That a "NO PARKING ANYTIME" zone be established on the
I
south side of Paseo del Norte from the most westerly intersection
of Camino del Parque easterly to the intersection at Caminito
Madrigal.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the
day of September
5th
, 1978, by 'the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
