CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A GIFT OF MONEY FOR PLANTING A TREE IN
MAGEE PARK IN MEMOfiY OF ROSE GIANSIRACUSA.
WHEREAS, the Stuart Scherr family wishes to present the

1, That the above recitations are true and correct.

planting a tree with plaque 'in Magee Park in memory
Rose Giansiracusa on behalf of all the cieizens of
City of Carlsbad.
