ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
Statement of the Matter
Dedication of the Open Space Easement is required by Ordinance N
9408 conditionally approving the Specific Plan for Carrillo
Estates (SP-132).
Therefore, pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 5546, the her referenced deed has been offered for Council acceptance:
Individual Grant Deed From: A. E. Realty Partners To : The City of Carlsbad For: An easement for Open Space purposes

A, Resolution No. 5563 .
B. Plats of Proposed Open Space Easements.
RECOMMENDAT ION :
Adopt Resolution No. j-563 accepting the Grant Deed from A. Realty Partners for an easement for open space purposes, and authorizing Clerk to record said deed.
Council Action:
10-17-78 Council adopted Res. 5563, accepting the Grand Deed ar authorizing the Clerk to record same.
