STATEMENT OF THE MATTER:
At its November 6, 1978 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission, after reviewing
traffic vol urnes and intersection conditions, recommended that IELD" control
be established on: Avenida de Louisa at Avenida de Anita and Calle Susana at
Avenida de Anita

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
"YIELD" CONTROL ON AVENIDA DE LOUISA AT
ITS INTERSECTION WITH AVENIDA DE ANITA
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That "YIELD11 control be established on Avenida de Louisa at
its intersection with Avenide de Anita thereby requiring south-
bound traffic on Avenida de Louisa to yield to all traffic on
Avenida de Anita.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the 21st day
of November , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler

BE IT RESOLVED by the-City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That "YIELD" control be establ ished on Cat le Susana at its
intersection with Avenida de Anita thereby requiring westbound
traffic on Calle Susana to yield to all traffic on Avenida de
Anita.
