ACCEPTANCE OF A POOL TABLE GIFT
Statement of the Matter
In November, 1976, Mrs. Virginia Schuldt, donated a pool table to the for inclusion in the inventory of the Parks and Recreation Department use by the citizenry of Carlsbad. Pursuant to the requirement that g be formally accepted by the Council, it is recommended that the pool be accepted.

ACCEPTING A GIFT 0F.A POOL TABLE FOR INCLUSION IN THE INVENTORY OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Mrs. Virginia Schuldt wishes to present the C

Parks and Recreation Department, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift p

NOW, THEREFORE,aBE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are. true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of a pool t
for inclusion in the inventory of the Parks and Recreation
Department on behalf of all the citizens of the city of Car
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of t
Carlsbad City Council held the 21st day of November, 1978,
