Subject: CONTRACT NO. 1052 - RESTORATION OF STORM DAMAGED STREETS
Statement of the Matter
The street restoration improvements in portions of El Camino Real, Corintia,
Hosp and Anillo Ways, and fencing at Park Drive have been satisfactorily
completed by the contractor, Sully Miller of Oceanside.
The final contract amount is $95,955.94, and the original contract was in
the amount of $94,423.40. Final contract amount exceeded the original con-
tract amount due to slight overruns in originally estimated quantities.
On April 18, 1978 the City Councii approved a transfer of $166,500 from
General Fund Unappropriated Reserves to. Pub1 ic. Works Professional Services
to cover storm damage expenses.
Payment of the final contract amount will leave a balance of $49,750+ to,
be used to complete storm damage repairs.
