Statement of the Matter
In the 1978-79 Fiscal Year Budget, an amount of $283,000.00 was
allocated for the purchase of land east of the Library.
An appraisal made December, 1977 indicated the total property with improvements was valued at $363,600.00; without improvemen the value was established at $263,900.00.
It is possible that due to the time lapse since the appraisal,
fcinds budgeted for the purchase are not sufficient.
