A RESOLllTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSCAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTIIIG A GIFT OF A PAINTING FOR THE CARLSBAD CITY LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, an anonymous donor wishes to present the Carl sbad City
j Library with a framed watercolor' painting by Henry Meier; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of a painting for the
Carlsbad City Library on behalf of all the citizens of the City of Carl
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held the 6th day of February , 1979, by the followir
vote, to wit:
