WHEREAS, an anonymous donor wishes to present the Carl sbad City j Library with a framed watercolor' painting by Henry Meier; and , WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code: NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2.
