Statement of the Matter
Newport Shores Builders offered the attached easement for sewer purposes in lieu of moving the sewer line into the existing easement.
Therefore, pursuant to Council Resolution No. 5546, the herein referenced deed is offered for Council acceptance:

Location: Carlsbad Tract 72-34, #4 (off Mimosa Drive)
Purpose: Sewer easement

PURPOSES. FOR SEWER EA-SEMENT

Grant Deed conveying an easement
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said De4
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement
sewer purposes the City of Carlsbad for
hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause
/original Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Rec
of San Diego County, State of California, with the appronria
Certificate of Acceptance attached.
