ACCEPTANCE OF DEED - 2627 ROOSEVELT
Statement of the Matter
Victor Moreno is constructing a ballet studio at 2621 Roosevelt. As a condition of his building permit, dedication of an easement for public street purposes is required.
As a result of this requirement and pursuant to Council Resoluti No. 5546, the herein referenced deed is offered for Council acceptance:

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said De
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement
