Developers, has requested time on the agenda to address the City
Council regarding a satellite wastewater reclamation plant to the north of the Batiquitos Lagoon.

3-6-79 Council re.ferred the matter back to staff for preparation of the necessary documents and agreements enabling studies to be commenced.

The subject matter to be discussed is to request Council approval for the development and construction by Covington
Brothers and the Papagayo Developers of a satellite waste
water reclamation plant to be located in the vicinity of
Batiquitos Lagoon.
