Statement of the Matter
The'subject case was scheduled to be heard by the City Council
on April 17, 1979. However, the Planning Commission continued
the matter at their hearing. Therefore, the matter cannot be
heard by Council on April 17th.
Recommendation
In that it is difficult to determine when Planning Commission
action will be finalized, it is recommended that the hearing
be opened and closed with no action. Staff would then be
directed to notice and return the matter to Council at the
appropriate time.
Council Action:
4-17-79 Council directed that the matter be filed.
