SUBJECT: Cleaning of Digestion Tanks No. 1 and No. 3 at the Encina Water
Pollution Control Facility. Contract 1055A.
Statement of the Matter
The contractor, Don Hubbard Contracting Co., has satisfactorily
completed the digester cleaning project.
The final contract amount was $65,280.00 which was the original
bid figure.

Recommendation
If City Council concurs, accept the work and direct the City Clerk
to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds 35 days
after recordation.
Council Action:
5-1-79 Council accepted the work as completed, directed the City Clerk
to record the Notice of Completion and to release the bonds
35 days after recordation.
