A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION TO ESTABLISH CITY PROPERTY RIGHTS TO FUTURE ROADWAY LOCATION WHEREAS, Carlsbad "48", a general partnership 5 has submitted an Offer of Dedication in lieu of a Grant Deed to allow the property owner freedom to pumue alternative road locations upon further development of the property, which Dedication will establish City property rights to fu roadway location; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determine1 it to be in the public interest to accept said Offer of Dedication; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2, That the Offer of Dedication establishing City property rig1 to future roadway location to the City of Carlsbad, is hereby accepted. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the origii Offer of Dedication to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder ( San Diego County, State of California, with the appropriate Certificate ( Acceptance attached.
