OCEAN STREET BEACH ACCESS STEPS - CONTRACT NO. 1058
STATE$IIENT OF THE MATTER
Construction of the beach access steps at the north end of Ocean Street
has been satisfactorily completed. Project constructicn started on
May 22, 1979 and was completed July 6, 1979.
The final contract amount of $14,869.10 exceeded the criginal ccntract price of $14,864 by $5.10. This was due to 8 less sq-22~2 feet cf side-
walk required for a savings of $14.40 and one additioxzl lineal foot of fencing at a cost of $19.50.
The engineer's estimate for the project was $23,000. A client of the
Agatep Corporation, Mr. Gary F. Naiman of Naimco, contributed $S,OOO for
thy improvement of the beach access.
