A general utility and access easement for a temporary cul-de-sac turn-around and sewer and water lines (per the requirement of condition No. 5 of the Tentative Ma approval for CT 79-1, Resolution No. 5777, adopted May
15, 1979.
Location: At the westerly terminus of the proposed Las Palmas Drive within Lot 16 of CT 73-49 Unit #2.
