Statement of the Matter
As a requirement for obtaining a grading plan and permit, Francis M. and Barbara A. Nolan are required to grant to the City an easement for public drainage purposes,
Therefore, pursuant to Resolution No. 5546, the following deed is offered for Council acceptance:
