SUBJECT : LAGUNA RIVIERA PARK SLOPE PLANTING CONTRACT NO. 1060
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
The planting of the slope under the above contract has been satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount of $15,000 is unchanged from the original bid price. A written guarantee for a 90-day period is on file in the City Engineer's office. Both the landscape architect and the Parks and Recreation Department recommend acceptance of the work. Ten percent of the final contract amount will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of Completion is recorded.
