Statement of the Matter
Barbara Donovan has resigned as a member of the Public
Facilities' Fee Committee.
The Parks & Recreation Commission has recommended their
' member Raul Tarango be appointed to fill such vacancy.

RESOLUTION NO. 5969
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5958 BY THE APPOINTMENT
OF A MEMBER TO THE CITIZENS' C0%LMITTEF FOR DEVELOPING A
PUBLIC FACILITIES' FEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by adoption of Resolution 5880,
appointed a Public Facilities' Fee Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by adoption of Resolution 5958,
amended Resolution 5880 by appointing two additional members; and
WHEREAS, Barbara Donovan has resigned as a member of the
Public Facilities' Fee Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Commission has recommended
its member Raul Tarango be appointed to replace Barbara Donovan
as its representative member to the Public Facilities' Fee
Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5958
is amended to include the appointment of the following person
to the Citizen's Committee For Developing A Public Facilities'
Fee: RAUL TARANGO
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, "held on the 16th
day of _October , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
