Subject: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED - DRAINAGE EASEMENT
Statement of the Matter
As a result of the conclusion of the recent Bristol Cove litigation, a Corporation Grant Deed has been executed by
easement for drainage purposes to the City of Carlsbad.
Therefore, pursuant to Resolution No. 5546, the following
Deed is offered for Council acceptance:
