TO PROVIDE RELOCATION OF REQUIRED R. V. STORAGE SP 38-B/PUD-7(A)
APPLICANT: LA COSTA LAND COMPANY
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
Recreational vehicle storage is required for Planned Unit Developments.
Planned Unit Development 1, which is located north of La Costa Avenue
west of Cadencia, has a proposed R.V. storage area on the east side of
Cadencia just north of La Costa Avenue. The area is also within
Specific Plan 38.
La Costa Land Company wishes to modify PUD 7 and SP 38 to move this
R.V. site north on Cadencia to a site owned by La Costa Land Company
but encumbered by a lease for S«D,G, & E's power easement.
It's not possible to acquire a long term commitment from S.D.G.& E.
to use the site for R.V. storage. This is consistent with S.-D.G.
& E's policy for all of their easements including city roads,
shopping center parking, etc. This fact, along with a condition
requiring a secured agreement for the site, was felt sufficient to
insure a long term commitment.

RECOMMENDATION
Both the planning Staff and Planning Commission recommend that
i amendment \o Specific Plan 38-B and PUD-7 (A) be approved per
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1564.
Council Action:
12-4-79 Council approved the amendment to Specific Plan 38-B and PUD-7(A)
as per Planning Commission Resolution No. 1564.
