SUBJECT : CT 73-39 UNITS 1,2,3 (SPINNAKER HILLS) ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IYPROVEMENTS
STATEMENT OF THE MATTER
The developer has requested acceptance of the secured public
improvements included with CT 73-39 (Units 1,2 & 3). City
Staff has determined that the public improvements are acceptablc
as-built drawings are on file in the Engineering Department and
the final accountings are complete.

Accept the improvements are completed anddirect the Utilities/
Maintenance Director to commence their maintenance and the City
Clerk to release the bonds for public improvements.
Council Action:
12-18-79 Council accepted the improvements as completed, directed st commence their maintenance and to record the notice of comp and release bonds at appropriate time.
